We distinguish ourselves from the majority of jewellers by having our own workshop and making all of our platinum rings ourselves, by hand. The typical factory environment of a manufacturer is not usually conducive to very high quality.
How long does it take before the ring arrives?
The ring that you order will take 10 to 14 days to arrive with you
Should I trust buying online?
We use protx for secure online payments by credit or debit cards. Protx are the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK. Our merchant provider is HSBC.
What is the best way to get my finger measured?
You can get your finger measured at any reputable jewellers. We can send you one of our free ring sizers to confirm the size.
What if I don't like the ring?
If you are unsure about the style that you want then you can try a dummy ring for peace of mind. It only costs the postage both ways. If when you buy the real platinum ring you change your mind then you can return the ring within 14 days for a full refund. This excludes rings that have been engraved or had cut outs made to fit an engagement ring.
What do I do if the size is wrong?
If your ring is plain then we can easily resize it for you. We only charge for the postage in returning the ring to you.
Diamond set rings can generally not be resized so it is important to make sure that your size is correct before we make the ring. The best way to do this is to try a dummy ring.
How long do I have to return the ring if I want a refund?
You have fourteen days to return the ring.
Can I return rings that have been engraved?
Unfortunately you cannot return a ring once it has been engraved. It is probably best to make sure you are happy with the rings before you have them engraved.
What quality are the diamonds in your rings?
The diamond qualtity that we use is colour H and clarity SI1.
What if I need my ring repolished?
We do not charge to clean and polish rings that we have made. The only cost is the postage back to you. It usually takes one week to clean and polish a ring. We do not clean and polish rings that we have not made.
Is a matt finish permanent?
A matt finish is not normally permanent. As the ring is worn the surface of the ring becomes slightly polished through contact with materials that you touch.
